(“American”) intends to raise $202,065,000 through the offering of Pass Through Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates, Series 2021-1B (the “Certificates” or “AAL 2021-1”) – American previously issued $757,825,000 aggregate face amount of Pass Through Certificates, Series 2021-1 Class A, on October 25, 2021.
