American Airlines Group Inc. is providing details over the course of the equity distribution period that investors and creditors may find useful, corresponding to each of the key equity distribution dates under AMR’s Plan of Reorganization (Plan) and the Merger Agreement.

The final distribution from the Disputed Claims Reserve established under the Plan of Reorganization was made in November 2023. No further distribution will be made to recipients previously entitled to receive distributions from the Disputed Claims Reserve established under the Plan of Reorganization.
